Honestly, the "I'm new here what's your name?" or "I'm new here, anything I should know about this place?" lines are some of the easiest openers to work. You'll get very few girls being bitches if you act friendly, playful and confident. Make sure you're style is up to par.

Quite a few people will see that "Hi,I'm new here <insert random randomness here>" as DLV.
Obviously ,If you can talk right you can say pretty much anything ,but yeah.

just walk around, and meet people, get a good social circle, and start opening girls, simple as that
