You need to stay away from from bartenders and anyone who is working. When I say "YOU", I mean you specifically. You need to learn how to identify social queues and recognize when a girl is into you. Approach the women who are customers at the bar and not working at the bar.

I made an approach to two hot girls that were at a bar. They put a $1 on the wall with something about Trump written on it so that gave me my opener and we had a discussion about how we were both Trump supporters and they were really into it. I high fived them both and felt a rapport for a while, but then it fizzled out and they started talking to someone else. I still don't know how to transition to anything sexual. They were hot, though. One had nice (probably fake) tits that you could practically see through the dress.

At one point, at a different bar, I was drunk and started talking about my fake dick surgery. Some hot girls overheard. I'm not sure if this was a good thing or bad thing, but I think their body language turned towards me. Not sure, though.
