I work with this girl that I'm slowly growing a crush on. I've hung out with her twice out of work and both times went generally good. (Kiss on the cheek the second time. ) She has a boyfriend. I kind of hold back because of the fact that 1) She has a boyfriend and 2) We work together.

I don't want to get to into her just in case things don't work out but I'm still very curious as to where I stand. What should I do?

I also can't think of things to talk about with her. I don't make interaction with her awkward, though i feel I could be a little smoother when I talk. I just again hold back a little because of the two facts up top.

I am in the same situation personally. Girl at work who has a bf but im still into her for some reason. Dating lots of other girls and sleeping with a few, but none of them interest me like she does.

Theres a couple of ways you can play it. You can not care about her bf and still try and move in. Simple enough, just act like he doesnt matter and say youre just being playful. Keeping in mind of course that you dont want a girl that cheats. If she cheats on him she will likely cheat on you.

I know my game though and this isnt me, so Im being respectful of her being with him. What Im using is called the straw man technique. You basically build up this guy, saying things like "I bet he treats you really well" and stuff like that (when I know he doesnt really), and let her realise herself that he isnt the best guy. If you try and attack him directly she will go straight on the defensive.

Ultimately though, this girl should be an afterthought, something to do in between other girls. Plenty of other easier targets out there.

We speak a lot about not shitting where you eat, but this is like showing up at the table with laxatives and a case of diarrhea.
