What are your thoughts on being a player and the negative karma one may create for themselves doing so?

Now, granted you can be a total shitty person when dating multiple girls at once. Of course lying about it is the main one. I feel this would be the main reason bad karma, if ones believes in such a thing would come from.

So you don't lie to a girl and you inform her that you have multiple other partners.. and the other girls know it as well. Is this so great? I mean what sort of person would allow themselves to not be the only significant in a persons life? Of course I feel the types of women being obtained here are players themselves.. So it shouldn't matter right?

I'm sure all of this crap just reeks of someone who hasn't dated multiple women at one time, and it is the case. However, when the opportunity arises I feel immensely bad about it. Well I guess it did since I actually had feelings for the person it happened with.

It has yet to be proven that there is something in existence such as karma. So no, I don't believe in it until there's significant evidence for it. It is known however that life is short so enjoy it and don't worry about karma, there are already enough things to worry about. There was nothing before life (birth), and there will be nothing again after life (death)

Personally, I don't really believe in Karma, but I do think the LOA works to some degree whether its subconcious or energetic. There was a famous quote by Henry Ford (Ford Cars) who said 'Whether you think you can, or think you can't - You're right'.

Working on yourself to believe you deserve/are the best - is the best thing you can do, for anything.

I'm thinking that in a sense karma is an abstract ideal that enforces our moral beliefs. If we feel we have wronged someone, then when something goes wrong we have an entity to tie it to, in this case karma.

Thanks for the reply. I agree whole heartedly that we must work on ourselves. We must elevate our self worth to where it is not affected by outside factors.

Look at it this way.

Let's say you're running an electric company. Most of your competitors are providing lousy service and their customers are now looking for alternatives. You're giving out a free trial service to 100 customers only. You make those who want to sign up for the free trial consciously aware of the terms and conditions and rationale for your promotional offer.

After the duration of the free trial and they're satisfied, they have the option to signup for the PAID service.

Yes of course, but let's not forget that once the trial is over and said customers start paying there are many scams out there. The issue arises when you provide such a great trial service and once the customer invests the company loses its integrity.

Please Dont misconstrue and think that I feel everyone who gives a good service per say deserves bad karma. As an aside I'm sure we have all done our fair share of less noble acts. Some more then others, perhaps the disgruntled people who are looking to get back at the opposite sex for whatever heartbreak they have endured.

I am a Buddhist and I believe in Karma, I really do. I have been also a kind of pua for 2 years and seduced probably more than my share of girls.

The way I understand karma will depend mainly on your intention, if your intention is -like me- to just have fun and never do anything harmful, I don't see the problem with it, yes some girls may get attached but you know what ?
