Hey guys,

When I am in a loud busy club I never open to anyone on the dance floor I usually open to people who are standing and talking with people. The only problemn is I dont know when the right time is to approach them. Also the opener I usually use is the jealous girlfriend one, is that a good idea? Any help please

If you see a group of people talking that you want to open, the best time to talk to them is right then. You interrupt them and run your opener. Remember the 3 second rule: "Three seconds from when you spot a set you open them."

I can say a lot for and against canned material. I like the "Jealous Girlfriend" opinion opener personally. I have used it a several times successfully. I have also gotten burned using it, because someone else had used it on them before. However, it has been used a lot because its frequently referenced in the Mystery Method and on the VH1 show that aired. I feel its best to develop your own opener based on your life experiences. When its your own its easier to talk about and branch off from.
