For a few days now, every time I come home from work near 8pm, I pass by the grocery store right next to my house to get some stuff. There's a cute blonde clerk working there, and every time I go there, even when I don't ask her anything in particular, she always finds a way to talk to me ("are you looking for that brand, etc, etc") and sometimes even touched me while talking. I also see her sometimes in the street and we say hi to each other.

So... as you guys might have guessed, I want to open her. It just seems kinda difficult when she's at work, kinda awkward... I know she gets out at 8pm, that's usually when I go to the cafeteria to have dinner alone. I was thinking about catching her just as she's getting out and straight asking if she wants to come have dinner with me, because I can't really build rapport inside the store.

Any advice on how to get this flirting thing out of the grocery store and into real life?

Get a receipt, ask her for a pen, and write down "your name and number" on the receipt and give it back to her. Girls at their jobs need the guys to be discreet.
