Its simple. This whole concept of pick up no matter what you do, stems from inner-game. If you don't have it, none of this will work. However, I have to admit there is a different approach with inner-game concerning Speed Seduction. Its not necesarrily self-confidence but pure ego. From all I know about RJ he isn't exactly the "coolest" guy in the world. The point of inner-game is to become alpha and "cool". Once you get your inner-game down then you will most likely come up with what you want to do.

I personally am for the most part cocky funny. However, I don't use CF lines. I don't have to because I can come up with the shit on the spot. I do use some routines though like the Cube, 5 Lies Game, and the Question Game. I think these are fun and cool, thus I make them part of my own material. I was personally always a social person, and to my friends confident. However, I still lacked when it came to alot of people I didn't know. Once I got past that I integrated my social nature with my confidence. I'm now a fun conversationalist. Most of my shit is natural, plus I have the mentality that if I'm talking to a girl I'm interested in, she's interested in me because I'm giving her the time of day. Once, you believe you are the prize this will all be easier. When I talk to the girl, I am so foward about us getting together that I don't give her the time of day to think otherwhise. I'm living in my own world, and thus the girls I talk to get sucked into it, and believe it aswell.

Well I have a monotone boring laid back personality and im a slow learner who needs repetiveness to improve and it helps if I watch someone do it. Not so much though at work if i have a huge cup of coffe ,then, i have more energy to crack a cocky funny joke with other girls that work there and use kino here and there .

I dont like night clubs and bars because its loud and have to shout and they play dance music. i litsen to heavy metal and punk rock and I have long hair. So I try to go to places where like minded people are at.

Alright I'm going to address each of the things you stated.

1. Personality - you may now have a boring personality. But that is easy to fix. Just get some new hobbies. Take up some activities that other people do and you can socialize with others while doing it. That will help you with being boring.

2. How to learn - You stated that you are monotone. The best I can tell you for that is to try and enuciate better, and give more feeling into certain words to create a better affect on your audience. If, that isn't working I highly suggest seeing a speech therapist. Being monotone isn't just bad for PUA but really doesn't help you in life. For instance in business you have to confer with others at all times, if your voice is monotone you won't have the same affect on someone who can change there tone. Being slow learner is no problem. Especially in the game, because here practice real does make perfect. There are guys who practice for years to get good. If you need to watch someone do it, I suggest finding a wingman who you can learn from, or going to a workshop ( L.A. Tripp and Rye Lee host some ).

You do make it sound like though you are most convertable with cocky funny. If that is the case I suggest reading almost all of DD's material. He also has a self-confidence system called Deep Inner Game, that can help you with that.

Also, your choice of clubs. There is nothing wrong with that. Remember, though you can also sarge during the day in shopping areas and other public places.

Yeah thats where I really try to practice pick up anyways. So when people like Rion Williams talk about ENERGY being 3/4 of attraction he is basically saying just have confidence and the right body language?

Your confidence, your body language, your inner game in essence. If you feel good about yourself and you KNOW who YOU are, w/o having to be validated by someone else, that in itself sends off a vibe of confidence that girls literally sense and that could be called an energy.

Personally, I haven't heard the guy you're talking about, but that doesn't make what I just said not true.
