| texting is great in getting to know a woman without being too creepy or intrusive. works great with younger girls, as they never talk on the phone anymore and you don't have to worry about being nervous. but you still have to know what you're doing cuz you can still totally blow it via text. first off, every text you send must be at least witty and interesting, boring texts = boring person. don't ever text stuff like, "so hey like what are you up to". BORING!!! use it to show you're a fun guy thats interesting, dont play 20 questions with her, make statements that are witty and or interesting and maybe throw in one question at the end, she will come back with some questions herself. first text guidelines after meeting someone, which i think it's a great way to make initial contact. never go in great detail about who you were, if you have to totally remind her who the hell you are, u didn't make much of an impression and you come off like a chump that nobody remembers. if it was a quick close maybe something like, "hey met you at so n so bar" is enough cuz if she is actually hot she will meet lots of guys but let her inquire more if she is not sure. a true pua makes women work for your attention, not the other way around. also always be the one to end the text message session for that day; similar to the phone, you end the conversation and tell her you have to get going, don't wait for her to say she has to get going; that means after you've exchanged a FEW texts and on the last response from her, don't reply back. if she asked you a question in the last response, answer her back tomorrow. don't make sexual innuedos either or come off horny when texting initially. this will usually backfire and turn her off as that is what most guys do and a pua does not act like most guys. every girl is sexual and gets horny and she will move it in that direction when she is comfortable, your job is to make her comfortable not UNcomfortable. don't feel like you have to text everyday, i know you want to but try to resist until you feel you've gotten to the hook point, at that point she will notice when you don't text her and will start to initiate texts to you. being entertaining and interesting in text is key, use it to entertain and build rapport and trust in you.
in regards to this problem, i would probably slow it down at this point, wait a couple days and then come back with something like this: "Hey bin swamped lately, i just won da lottery n hav bin busy thinking about what to do with my new loot, any ideas on how to spend the 20 bucks?". this should get you a guaranteed response, then use the guidelines above. if you don't get a response from her, you're done and you need to move on. getting a no response means she's probably not interested and you already blew it somehow.
