The office I work is a very professional environment with new HBs coming and going everyday. Most never return again so I never get the chance to do any real game beside some small talk to kill time while the HBs wait in the lobby.

Just looking for some opinions, strategies, tips, and tricks for a guy in this general situation.

You could approach it in a way where when they talk to you, you spark up some normal conversation, then make a connection, and get the contact information.

So girl comes up to you hi im here to meet and or do w.e, ok no problem(good body language, smile) look at her in a curious genuinely interested way. is that a accent interesting are you from usa? then carry on conversation from there.

here another example. HB chillin in lobby bored as fuck, you go in the lobby acting like you doing a quick job sorting something fixing something w.e. Then happen to look over and be like, it should be any minute now, she'll say something and be like I didnt notice that before but is that (use here what is appropriate in real time no canned shit something she can explain and talk to you about) and then carry on convo make connection and get contacts quick.
