I am the operator, sitting behind a counter. The HBs come in between 7-10 pm, play a tactical escape game.
I book them in, and they sometimes spend 17 minutes on my sofa waiting. They often open me: "Is this your house?" Are you from Bucharest?, Was this your idea? Basically they think, I have value or intelligence because I work here...Then they go in and play the game 60 mins (I handcuff chicks to walls!!) and I monitor them on cctv, and have radio communications with them.

So my question is: What to say and do to become more interesting than let say the bus driver on the bus?
How to do an initial attention snap? What to tell them over the radio? My apartment is 40 meters upstairs by the way, so my logistics are OK. ?? I told the current HB9 "Nice nails are they real" and I got her for 1 second then she went cold....

firstly, of all i should point out you shouldnt really try and flirt with girls at work - couldnt you get in trouble?

secondly, if you break rapport with "nice nails, are they real?"
if you cant tell real nails from fake nails youll look like a fool dont use that NEG anymore. Mystery sucks

ask her where she is from and then have a comeback for like every location
her: "i'm from Chicago"
you: "oh, so all you do is drink beer and eat pizza"

her: "i'm from Orange County"
you: "is it true about what they say about girls from Orange County?"
her: "what do they say?"
you: "their orange"

Her: "i'm from Arizona"
You: "omg you know the best think about Arizona?"
her: "what?"
you: "the Arizona tea" (btw, Arizona tea is not made in Arizona and they all know that)

thirdly, it is funny for a second and then goes cold because you have to reward her by sexually escalating (with a hug or something)

how is your success/results with women outside of work?

NOt good, I have paralyzing approach anxiety, shyness and speak too fast at the beginning. But now at the job? It is very indirect I come from an unexpected angle and I like it this way, but I can't take full advantage. And I do not have an outside life everything I do is centered around the game show, I live on the premises.
And here I don't have anxiety because I don't have to open, they open me.

I'll say, if your game sucks outside of work, do not game at work. Firstly, because if its sucks, women at your work arent magically going to be fucking you when women outside of work aren't. Also, if it sucks, you're more likely to fuck it up, and risk situations at your job. Go out, and learn how to get women. Then you can bring that to work.

I knew someone who looked on roommate share websites to share with female room mate's so that they will magically sleep with him by the sheer volume of time. I couldn't think of a worse idea than that.

It's good to have a crutch every now and then, but this pickup stuff is a life change. A deep change that evolves from within.

If you have crippling anxiety, work on tackling that sticking point. Because when you don't have this game show one day, you're just an empty shell with zero skill. I see this way too often with social circles too, of course they can be be great ways to meet women, but imagine working it whilst being a master of cold approach? (approaching and making a move on 1,000's of women) It's like taking a cannon to a knife fight,
