It seems you're just trying to justify your crutch of getting plastered. If you feel it helps you out. Then who am I to stop you?
The goal is to be confident I guess, so not relying on these crutches are not exactly the best way to obtain that confidendce. Its your life, but for me, I don't want to get drunk everytime I want to meet a girl but that's just me and save £140 in the process and feel good the next day. There has probably been times where a girl has gave you an IOI in an unfamiliar situation and you've done nothing about it because you're sober , raw and just don't know what to do

I think you should dress your best, and do some raw approaches sober on girls in a shopping mall. Yes, it's boring IMO and you won't get as many results as you would in a bar, but with this style of game, you're inducing your raw approach, you actually have to be you and it will put some hair on your chest for sure. Always assume attraction, once you get to a decent level with this, you will become deluded and convinced that girls are giving you IOI's when in fact they are not. But it's a healthy mindset to have and it will rub off to the girl you're about to call her out on it with that she was checking out your ass on the reflection of her drinking glass.
