Hey Fellas

MFJones here. 32 years old from Belgium, been in a relationship for the past 10 years and had some personal issues for the past three. Caught my gf cheating the other day with some bloke she met online so im pretty damn devastated. To be honest, im having a hard time describing myself as a total AFC even though that is exactly how i feel with the hurt im experiencing from the affair she's had. It's been going on for the past six months she says which is just about right since our sex live started goin downhill since about that time.

I became a member here because i'd like to hear your opinion on what i should do and how i should handle her infidelity. I'd like to work on myself again and become the man i was three years ago i.e. full of confidence, and giving less of a shit then i do now possibly. I handled her cheating in the most adult manner i could (i think) by remaining calm, telling her shes hurt me and asking her what exactly is going on with this dude and how she felt. She says she's cut all ties with him and to some extent i believe her but then again this doubt of what shes doing is eating me up inside when i am not at home.

Im 6'5, bald with beard. overweight which i something thats being worked hard on. By no means "handsome" by i've always had it extremely easy to connect with women both as "friends" and for sexual encounters and obviously relationships.

Hey man, I am turning 32 this weekend and am just starting out. Never been in a real relationship. I am not that tall, but have bee consistently told I am good looking. My biggest problem however is getting the connection with women, both as friends and lovers.
