I started working 2 weeks ago in this new "holding" company, I work as a paralegal. and there is this girl I like, I don't really know what she does, she just sits in the front desk with a laptop next to another woman, but I'm not sure if she is a recepcionist, or assistance, or whatever, it doesn't matter. my desk is kinda close to hers.

she just turned 21, and I'm 21 too. I know this because we kinda celebrated her birthday at work with a cake, so I've only talked to her to tell her say congratulations (on her birthday), or goodbye when I'm leaving, once I asked her for a pen, and that kind of stuff.

We sometimes glaze at each other and do a fake "polite! smile, sometimes she does a real smile, once we really stared at each other for bit, and this kind of stuff.

Since it is at work, I don't know if she likes me or if she is just being polite. I don't know the protocole.

I want to know how can I approach her and have like personal conversation, my mind is blocked haha

Need all the really good help I can get
