I know it's risky to seduce coworkers, particularly if you're in the same office or team as it could lead to conflict of interests, but my entire office building is full of gorgeous women who aren't even necessarily a part of my immediate organization, so are pretty much safe to approach (we all share a common cafeteria/coffee spot/outdoor patio).

I frequently experience scenarios where I am crossing paths with a babe or standing in line to get food and it seems like she will deliberately not look me in the eye and continue walking on her path, making it hard for me to initiate with a smile and a hello. This makes it difficult for me to approach. Is there a good technique for engaging them in such scenarios, or is her "trying hard to not make eye contact" indicative of her not being interested?

Any other general tips for gaming common coworkers from the same building?

When you approach them, they will tend to look at you and engage you.

I understand you're trying to get some eye contact. But if you don't get it, why don't you just game her as a plan B?

Talk to a few of them don't make a habit of it.

Your playing with fire in a situation like this. I once did this and it blew up in my face when I was 18 and stupid. If you can pull it off it will take some mastery. Tread carefully.

For once could someone give some details on how they messed up instead of just saying it? I mean just tell the guy what happened so he can do better. This is like a guy asking how to approach the girl in the street and I just say don't because once it backfired on me. I should tell him what happened so he can do something different. Just saying. Well, eye contact is gonna be a waste of time if you don't do anything with it.

From your report, you don't capitalise on the eye contact so my suggestion was to game them and at least talk to them
