So im not going to explain it because if youre in/have been in the military you know what the environment in tech school is like. Add to it that im in a job that mostly has males. Its not hard to talk to girls but hard to talk to cute ones which is rare. i only see 2 but they go to a different squadron so i barely see them and if i do theyre surrounded by dudes.

The only time to really talk is during our run PT which is at 0430. SO everyones tired and doesnt want to tlak including me but its really the only time i can effectively talk (im quiet). What would be the least creepy approach

Not during PT bro! lol Def not anyone in your unit! Find a none military woman during your service.

You are clearly in the air force, so don't game women in your unit. Dating within the ranks is not only against the UCMJ but it WILL cause massive problems at what ever job you choose. If you want to date a military woman, find one in a different unit. Try visiting different DFAC's(dining facilities) yes you can go to any chow hall on base. idk if they still use meal cards or it is attached to your ID card chip now. but you can, even if you gotta pay its cheap. go to the local gyms and work out. Despite their rank, they are still people. show respect get respect(most of the time). meet women at the post exchange(idk what its called in the air force). meet women at the enlisted club(yes the base has bars for enlisted and officers separately.) Go to some events on post wander around...it will surprise you what is on post.

second: do not buy Buy a car off post, go home on leave and buy one. not only will you score a stupendous deal but you wont get raped on the price by the local schmuck. be very careful if you date women from the local town without getting to know them first. They see your haircut a mile off and likely know more about your pay stub than you do. ALWAYS wear protection..seriously never budge on this one man. Game all you want, but realize there are thousands of others doing exactly what you are(it is tougher in military towns for sure). At least in the air force the male to female ratio is way higher than any other branch.

Well I'm out now and I was at fort Lee so I never went off base (nothing but trees) I ended up not talking to girls because I found out they were very eager to get married. One chick actually banged. Couple guys and got married to one then got kicked out lol
