This is the best for like a second date and so on depending on how well your first date went in my experience.
If you get a dtf vibe by all means invite her over on the first date.
but typically the way it works for me is i'd invite her for (coffee daytime)(10$) or (drinks nighttime)(20$) At a Neutral friendly location.
And then either escalate till she's dtf or build enough comfort/tension if she's not dtf.
If i close(take her back to my place or hers) then i can invite her over next date, or if i dont close and i build enough comfort and tension i can invite her over next date for a definate close.
Thats my model for Date 1 and Date 2
By that point you should have enough attraction built to take it where you want to take it on future dates... I useually screen out fuckbuddies/girlfriend material by the 2nd date anyway.
A very inexpensive and effective model which can be tweaked of course if you feel like doing something diffrent or spending a bit more.
I try to stick to this model and not change shit around for maximum ROI(return of investment)
This can also be the other way around, you go back to her place, or you have champagne(10$) in the car for a small picnic and a (car f close)
Guys focus too much on how "awsome" the date has to be but you gota remember your goal is to (fuck) , all fucking requires sexual tension and logistics, which can all be done with this model i mentioned above.
