im a DJ, i play rock music in a famous pub/lounge in India...
I always play good and always make sure the crowd is singing along... I get girls whistling n shit, but still i hvnt approached any girl whatsoever (out of fear), THE worst part - der been 4-5 girls who approached me i dint respond like a grown-up to em.
The worst Part- There was this girl who came with an Appointed Fat Friend two weeks in a row, and the second time she was waving n giving me what i think were all of the cues -)direct and indirect) which she had ( and which she did the first time too ),, and i went out thinking what to do smoking a ciggarette, and lo!!! She went out and the waiter assisted em to look out for a taxi . and i went from behind like a sore loser(after having won her over with the music), with a prodding low-esteemy try to try n go to talk to her.. They sat in d cab and rode away...

Sounds like approach anxiety even though they're the ones approaching you.

So OK, you're just not used to girls or comfortable around them.

You, sir, have approach anxiety and you're a noob. We have all been there. Here's what I want you to do:

1) Go out. Today (no excuses, women are everywhere)... Say 'hi' to 10 girls... that's it. Just hi... Tomorrow, do the same thing... The next day, do the same thing...

2) Next week, go out and say hi, then compliment them. Say you like their earrings, necklace, etc. Be more social. Just talk. No pressure.

See if you can get that far, then come back after that...
