The something called "Assume Attraction" which defeats the need to wait around for an ioi. Just assume the girl you're going to approach is already interested in you and go find out whether you're correct or not.

I don't care if a girl coughs in the same room as me, I'll just assume that she coughed because she wanted my attention. Give yourself every reason and excuse to go approach. Don't set around waiting for cues, you'll be waiting all day. Just take everything as a cue, her blinking, her scratching her elbow, etc. Pretend she did it to get your attention and then go approach.
