So the other day I met this girl I've been on school with like 6 years ago while working. I gesture her to walk to me, she does, and we start talking. She immediately remembers my name from 6 years ago and told me hers. She's there with her sister (~6yrs old), and I talk a bit with her sister. I then proceed on to compliment her on her charming looks and she flirts back heavily. I then decide to be even more direct and ask her sister 'Hey, is it okay if I flirt with your sister for a bit?' The sister nods in agreement and the target girl laughs and agrees aswell. I go for the number and get it very easily, she's still heavily flirting with me.

That night she comes back to the place I'm still working and asks what time I'm done, I tell her and she asks me to go hang out with her after with her and a few friends of her. I tell her I might be up for that, but I wasn't too sure yet.

Later that night she returns 2x with really bad openers, giving excuses to walk up to me like 'do you know the time?' and then hanging on for 10 minutes to stay with me. My boss is like 'David, get at your work' which I playfully respond to with 'Am I not allowed to talk to gorgeous girls anymore?' he laughs.

She keeps flirting and flirting and after work I decide to go hang out with her some. After a few minutes a guy walks up to her and quickly kisses her, she kisses back. I act like I don't care too much but apparently she was already hooking up with this guy. I stay for a bit and talk with the other people and then decide to leave again to go to my friends (actually had a great night that evening).

Next day I text her asking what's up and she vaguely tells me that this is her boyfriend. I responded with something like 'bad girl you are, just giving out your phone nr. while having a boyfriend' which she responded to with 'nooo I just wanted to talk with an old acquaintance', I had actually never talked with her while on school.

What do you guys think? The one moment she's flirting with me like jack-shit and the other moment she's making out with her boyfriend in front of me.

I assumed she was single as to all the direct flirts we had, but I guess the thing I've learned is ALWAYS ask if she's single.

Don't ask a girl if she has a b/f. Women have pride, and the ones that are in fact single may say they aren't. If she's married she'll probably have on a wedding ring or at the very least stop you before you progress.

What may have happened here is you had her FEELING excited when you were talking/flirting with her. And that's why she was orbiting you afterward. She was likely interested, but then her logical brain may have kicked in when the guy kissed her; maybe he sensed she was in to you and was tryna mark his territory.

Chalk it up to an experience but don't read too much in to it with regard to other girls going forward. Assume a girl may be down to play if she is giving you all the right signs.

BTW you said she "vaguely" stated it was her b/f. She MAY have lost her interest when you ignored her after the guy kissed her and then asked her what was up with her and him over text the next day. Or it may actually be her b/f.
