I keep getting called an asshole from my targets. I don't know if I resort to negging to keep the target's interest or if I just have trouble calibrating to her responses. Anyone been through this before?

neggin is tricky thing...u need good calibaration...i would only neg once or twice to make sure u dont come off as an asshole....also keep ur tone friendly oif u dont alrdy

I'm huge on the cocky/funny and I neg through all my interactions, whether I've known her for 4 years, or 4 minutes. It's all about calibration and I'll tell you that it took me years to learn the finesse of it and even still I sometimes overstep my bounds, cause I'm a naturally cocky/funny guy. Keep working on it, trial and error is the only way you'll learn, so have the confidence to keep going and KNOW that it will get easier and you'll get better.

This is seemingly a problem for me also. I do neg in a cocky and funny way, yet some girls take it seriously, as sometimes i make out as if i'm serious first. Think i should cut that seriousness out of my skillset.

I'm also pretty dire with push/pull. I can remember maybe twice in my life having a group of girls hanging off of my every word, i was on fire on those occaisions, so i know i'm capable of greatness. It's rediscovering how i managed it that's taking it's time!
