I go to the biggest clubs and bars in Orlando, FL and I see nothing like this.

Yes, at the right place at the right time, you can find model quality girls by the hundreds down town. But some nights and some places, not so much...

There is this "wine tasting" place every Wednesday in down town Orlando that is FULL or gorgeous girls.

Are you putting hot girls on a pedestal? Wouldn't blame you, but try not to. I get the feeling that in your mind it's like guys, girls, hot girls. Why is it that way? This "hot" girl might be broke as fuck, or she might be completely clueless and be spending money she inherited from Daddy. You might be out of her league. Just because a girl looks like she's hot, doesn't mean she is. I've got a habit of putting intelligent girls on a pedestal. I'm banging this girl at the moment who seems to literally know the answer to everything. I randomly test her with things like "How do you calculate the volume of an egg?" and she'll answer... so I end up putting her on a pedestal. Obviously I then give myself an egotistical little speech in my head and feel on top of the world, but yea. I used to treat girls differently based on looks, but now I treat them all the same. Doesn't mean I'll fuck them all, I'm just playful with every female I talk to - even relatives.

I find that what helps, is to stop trying to view it as "Ok, this conversation is a pick up attempt on a hot girl" ...it's just a conversation with a normal person. How do you know you're gonna let her in your bed? She might turn you off. You're finding out if she's good enough, not trying to prove that you are. This is why you need to really start to view yourself as a catch.

Your dating/social life will change fast if you really go for it and take action with this pick up stuff, though. I could show you conversations from 2012 of me begging my ex to come back lol (after we both cheated multiple times and then got a new boyfriend, I was pretending to be friends but kept plucking up the courage to beg her one last time...) but then I figured some of this shit out, and she still tries to reach out to me this day... but I view myself as a catch now. I get higher quality girls and I'm ashamed that I even ever gave her a chance, let alone fell in "love" with her lol.

If you've had sex more than 15 times in the last 10 years, your starting position isn't any worse than mine was. I once went 3 years without sex (I had 2 girlfriends in that time, I was with one for 5 months and on and off with the other for a year!!!!) - now my dating life has completely flipped around, it's mental. This is why I told you on the other thread not to compare yourself to Pebble. He's been doing this for a VERY long time. With sufficient dedication and 7-8 years worth of effort.. he'd probably tell you himself that most guys could achieve similar results.

Seriously though, think back to a year ago... gone fast, right? Well in the next year, you'd be SO shocked at the improvements you'll make if you stick to this stuff.

(Reason I'm banging on so much about sticking to it, is because most guys get angry in the first few weeks and decide that this stuff "doesn't work" then just vanish)

Also, Gambler gives really good advice in that book (it's the only pick up book that I actually own), but his social circle is kind of advantageous... which has opened a few doors. Apply everything in that book though, seriously.

I don't put hot girls on a pedestal. But at the same time, it's like a loop of logic that you can't win. Obviously, if they were butt ugly, I wouldn't have as much interest in them. They know this as much as I do.

The last girl I was talking to was a hot 19-year-old virgin daughter of a billionaire set to inherit millions of dollars when she turns 21. She offered me her virginity after about 5 days and was going to fly across the country to give it to me in a hotel room that she would pay for. And I managed to mess it up.

I want to ask her for another chance too because I can see how I messed it up. As soon as she started talking to me, I stopped looking for other girls and became "obsessive" and also had tons of work to do on my personality, etc.

I couldn't imagine having being able to even get that a year ago. So I can imagine I will be in better places in a year from now.

One time I went 6 years without sex due to incarceration and a 2 year spell before it. When I got out, I was so socially awkward that I got a bunch of prostitutes. I don't regret it, either.

Don't become obsessive with any woman. Your life goals should come first. Do you think David Beckham skipped training days to spend quality time with his girlfriend? I doubt it, and more than once or twice would make him unattractive anyway. Your mission should always be your top priority, so you should be too busy working on that to get obsessed with any particular woman. (Don't say "Ok I'll make my woman my mission in life! Win/win!!! Cause it doesn't work lol)

Glasses look try-hard and a tad douchie.

That thought crossed my mind, but I'm still gonna try them.

If I wear them because I like them, then who cares. And I do (I think).

Then that's all that matters. If you like them and feel like you look like the shit in them, they're good. The most important thing is how you feel.

If a guy feels confident wearing pink flowery glasses, he'll pick up girls in them better than he would in the freshest, weird feeling Armani shades money can buy...

I really want to peacock in some way. I think it is appropriate. I think I'm cool enough to wear them and I think it will go well with the "black set."

Plus, it adds a bit of mystery to me. Along with my black Aston Martin that I will buy within 2 years.

Where you walk in a place and people go "who is that guy?" Plus... I can take them off and put them in my pocket from time to time.

Peacocking is good, if done right. I wear a couple of funky bracelets and a little necklace, with both ears pierced... nothing too edgy and weird, but does the job.
