It's good that the bald patch doesn't bother you. Don't let it. If you're fine with it, women will be. Things are only really a big deal to women when you make them a big deal, I've noticed.

Except to the extent it makes you less objectively attractive(which that hair style does). Keep in mind, I strongly advocate looks maxing. The best "game" imaginable is worth maybe 2 points at best. Most guys aren't even close to their potential and OP is no exception. He's capable of being "above average" and is presently "below average". There's just no reason to do that.

Hair is also a frame to your face. One reason the typical MPB patch is so unattractive, is specifically because of how it affects the looks of your head. Men with very broad skulls will look better with an NW4 than a man with an egg shaped head(like OP). These men also look better with a shaved head than most men. Some men look good shaved. Some look like shit. You have to deal with your particulars. Or just deal with fugly chicks giving you a harder time than prettier girls will when you're more attractive.
