So, I know looks really don't matter as much as we guys think. However, women are attracted to our masculinity and physical or personal benefits of it. Recently my Dr called me and told me I have low vitamin D and told me my Testosterone levels were in the lower 400's (very low 400's). And my reaction to it was dualistic. I'm fine with it. I'm not really that tall, my voice isn't the most manliness, but I'd say I'm a good looking dude. I can grow facial hair, easily and almost constantly have to shave.

*But here's my concern: it makes me think on a biological level, women will sense my low testosterone and not find me attractive (not making me a man or alpha). Is my level/am I ok? It can also effect my personality and make me be more open or sensitive than I would like. I have no control over it. I want to feel like a man; I feel girls won't like me because of it and I have bad genetics that I can't fix.

I'm just speaking my truth here guys, I'm not looking to get trolled or anything. Some advice is welcomed.

P.S. If you've ever had to take Test injections. What was it like?

Ha! Agreed. I do, I actually practice a form of self-defense.
All things being equal, adding I work out more, say I have to do the Gel thing, what I'd really like your opinion on is how to handle this on an inner game level.

Stay away from.. Soy, all cheap cooking Oils, GMO corn, seedless fruits, (canola, vegetable etc.) They contain aromatase, which is an enzyme that converts testosterone to estrogen. New York Tap water and Poland spring (its tap)

Reduce the masturbation

Exercise

Sunlight

Cold showers

Try not to sit down for more than two hours at a time if you can help it.

Make sure you're getting enough sleep.
