I have some good daygame openers and after I do a cold approach I go to observations and assumptions but after that I just dont know what to say.
Is there anything to do about it?

I know that being authentic is best but I'm looking for a bluepritnt, a stracture of conversation.

If you are getting her to talk about things that she cares about and you demonstrate attraction, that's the most important thing. Other than that, there is no conversation structure.
