I wanna get a second opinion on this one.

I was seeing this girl for 2 months, we had sex a few times. This one time I asked her to my place and she flaked for the first time with a message that she's busy and that she can't. So I played it cool, didn't contact her for a week and then asked her out again and she flaked again. After the second flake I cut her off, and started hanging out with other girls. A month later I met her out, she was drunk and apparently happy to see me, gave me kino (took my hand) and started leading me to where their group was. We talked for a few minutes and then I excused myself. I had another girl I was meeting but I didn't tell her that. Anyway sometime later she saw me with her, timing couldn't be better cause the other one (an 8 ) was hitting on me big time. She gave us an awkward hello. A few days later she contacted me after a month of radio silence. With a youtube dog video. I went with 'lol cute' and we didn't talk after that.

A week later I sent her a funny vid and she started getting really 'texty' and wanted to talk. She dropped hints about making another date.

I'm not a fan of second tries, cause I don't like to make the same mistakes, she does seems like a sweet girl though.

The 8 turned out to be super annoying and I just don't wanna follow up on that.

Yay or Nay to setting up a new date? And why?

I'm always to type to move along man. Once you've been with a girl and its faded away there is nothing really new or inspirational about the situation. You're just going to reignite her emotions and then you're going to have to deal with that shit all over again.

Its your call though man. You know the girl better than me. But from this post, it doesn't sound like you're all that interested in her in the first place.

Yeah I've been thinking the same thing, but I've been so busy with work that I didn't really get a chance to go out and meet someone new, something easy and casual would hit the spot right about now though. Any idea how I could pull that off with something like this?

Ok well there is that point of just letting go bc she will likely repeat the behavior, however...

Why not try to arrange something and see where things go? It's not as if you are getting married on the first date... as you did before just cut it off once you're not happy!
