Sorry this is gonna be kinda long. First I am new to the PUA and this site. Awesome site BTW. I have skills but learned them the hard way.

I went in this Bar/Grill and this beautiful bartender is checking me out and smiling and stuff. I was with someone so didn't game. I went back with my friend after work one day and so I introduced myself. I complemented her etc, I was mostly just interested in seeing how she would act cause I have a chick. She mentioned she had recently started modeling. She was super sweet so later I ask for the Phone number. She cant give it to me cause she has a BF.
I go back for food one day and she is my waitress and sits with me for 20 minutes all flirty and stuff. She asks what my plans are tonight. I was kind of drunk and she told me about a roadblock.
I dont see her for 3 weeks or so and I go in and ignore her and she comes over and hugs me, where have you been and all that stuff. She is bartending and asks me my plans again and I said "I guess I'll stay here with you all night" She says she wouldn't mind. I left though because I had plans and would have been hammered if I stayed in there all night, plus look needy. I stopped by one more time and she was sweet as ever and had been there for almost 12 hours. She said her legs hurt and I told her to jump on the bar and I would rub them. She said the customers would enjoy that but didn't mention her BF. She asks my plans again and I said I was going home to get ready to race my boat the next day. I pay her and tip her and she is like "dont leave yet" so she comes back and tells me she likes my hair styled the way I have it.
I know waitresses and bartenders are pro flirts but she has flirted with me when I wasn't her customer and winked at me, told me I am funny etc. Her coworker mentioned she was close to being married. I think she may be shacked up. Her BF forgot valentines day if you can believe that.
I have a really good rappor with her. I will mention she is sweet to a lot of folks in the place and flirts with waiters also. I don't know why she asks my plans all the time. I am sure she digs me but we are both involved so what is my next move? I was planning to ask her to meet me somewhere after her classes, maybe for happy hour. Get her in a neutral location and ask her what she wants? I need advice I am not really wanting a bunch of drama with her BF she can keep him.

Forgot to mention- I paid and was getting ready to leave and asked for a glass of water and she says "you can have anything you want darlin". Does this sound like normal tip seeking behavior, especially since I already paid her and tipped her very well.
I know I probably sound clueless, it's on right-
Problem is she only works 2 days a week and gets off well after midnight.

Come on PUA's some tips please.

For future reference: She's a bartender. As long as she's behind the bar and flirting, anything short of "lets go fuck" is an attempt to get your money.
