I am about to start an afterhouse warehouse club in Miami.

I met a girl who has done this before and she convinced me it would turn a profit and it checked out after I ran all the numbers.

What would you do if you had a club like this?

Don't try hard, Just be high status and let the girls initiate. You have a inherently high value position, trying to isolate right off the bat is a good move for a rando with no confirmed social status but it's not appropriate n for a club owner - it's clumsy and amateurish.

Bad news. Ain't happening. I looked into it and these places get closed down all the time.
