Hi guys!

I noticed something today - I went to a place where a girl works. She usually wears branded t-shirts of the company she works for but today she was wearing a cute pink dress. I witnessed a number of guys mentioning that - "Wow, look at you!", "Amazing dress!", etc.

I didn't want to sound like every other guy she's heard from today, but I couldn't think of anything smart to say, so I ended up saying nothing at myself. I know that's not what I should've done but my question is what should have I said to her in this situation? I was thinking of something like - "I bet that every guy you have met today has said something about your cute dress", so that I'd both acknowledge her new item yet be different than the rest. Would that have been better?

Ask her about it. "What's the occasion for the pink dress?". Then just vibe from there.

Just make awesome eye contact, be confident and let her know with your eyes and a smirk that you approve of her outfit. (No, don't stare at her body or check her out creepily)

I don't do anything fancy, but it seems to work just fine.
