Are you supposed to care about their feelings? How much? Should you be a nice guy? A dick?

You know the age old question of nice guys versus dicks? How are you supposed to play this?

Obviously you should stand up for yourself and not let them walk over you... but do you need to be mean to them?

Treat them fairly, if they are nice to you be nice to them. If they do something to piss you off, punish them one way or another. Also be playful, getting emotional is your worst enemy. That's how you have success. Read a book on dog training. It works for chicks too. We are animals after all. There are no such things as nice guys and jerks realistically. Neither gets the girl they think they deserve.
