"Your loss" - and change the topic without batting an eye. Don't make it a big deal and it won't be...

However since it's already happened and you've had to post to a forum for a good response, I'm thinking you've made it a big deal and you're overthinking it already.

A better idea is not to get yourself into a position like that in the first place... You mis-read something somewhere along the line if you thought she was ready to get a massage (and btw, what could she have done to deserve this?)

Read her queues. She wasn't comfortable with it - and you should have known that before you mentioned it.
