I think you need to get your own Goddamn cell phone. You're 17. Even if Mommy won't pay for one, shit, they're $50 for an older smart phone and there are $10-20 per month plans. If you don't have that much money, you need to get a part time job. It's summer, so it's not even like school is an excuse.
