I get started Seduction 1 year ago.

I learn how to get some numbers phone, attract girl (only some time:)) ) , and bla bla.

Never get an f-close, my problem is im not feeel motivated to do pick up or talk with girls, now my approach anxiety has coming back, is not this an big problem, i can stop anxiety and get back to work, my problem is im not soo motivate i dont know why, im arogant or is because i never get an f-close, i realy dont know why, helps?

I dont was making an approach for a time long, 2 months i think, maybe is because masturbation or because i smoking, but this is make me foll in depresion, about thinking i will die, not working, i think on that in every day and dont have any effect...

Maybe is because of my Vicies, i will try stop any vicies 3-4 days to see the results and coming back with answer, in time, another some ideas?

But sounds like you need therapy. This goes way deeper than PU advice

I was one step to get depresion because i dont get an Fuck CLOSE.

i think im losting my interest in PU and womens Because im FAP(masturbate) in every day and also because i dont get An FUCK CLOSE NEVER, now you understand? :D

If you think it's the fapping that prevents you from meeting women, then don't fap?

i masturbate all the time and also 'f-close' all the time too.

I am certain if you were to quit fap, you would find a different reason to not approach and make a move on women and still not get the 'f-close'

You need to just be honest with yourself, man up and awaken that giant within you and pull that finger out of your ass. The best things in life don't come served on a plate for you. You have to work extremely hard. Can you only honestly say that you have put in the effort in this area of your life?

Why don't you take a bootcamp or something?
