Depends... Is the site explicitly for sex meetups? If no, then are you sure that is what she is expecting? If yes, sure walk in the door and take control if you want. It may work well, or she may pull back, and you have to build a little more comfort with her first. Most women want some kind of connection to the guy they are with sexually even just some basic ideas of them as a person in case god forbid she get pregnant or other things. The risk is primarily hers and she is going to want to have an idea of who you are as a person. If you've already done a good job of letting her know who you are generally as a person then it may not be hard to go straight to the bedroom. If you haven't then prepare to tell some stories about yourself and listen to hers and look for opportunities to relate to her with similar situations or circumstances. You don't necessarily have to keep it sexual the whole time but you can keep it playful with some banter.
As far as running out of things to say, when in doubt I like telling stupid or funny stories from when I was a kid. Be it sneaking out of the house and getting caught by my father, funny stuff I did as a real young kid, or whatever. Give her some insight into your life give her a few stories to latch onto. It won't be that hard if the site is the way you say it is. Besides you'll already be in her place.
