Calling will never go out of style. This one hb9 flaked on me and i didnt textt her that day I waited for her to text me first which she didnt of course. So I just called her which took her by surprised got a few lols from her then told her i was busy and didnt really feel like being social. A few hours later when i was free I told her I didnt feel antisocial anymore and ill pick her up in an hour..... she complied.

build comfort and build a reason for her to give you her number and there should be no reason for her to flake.
