He's helping Andy choose a college course to take, being Andy his first class was guitar lessons because he wanted something easy and well, he plays guitar in a band. Needless to say he becomes incredibly bored within minutes and Ron convinces him to try something new and challenging. So here's where the genius comes in, as they are excusing themselves from the class, right before Ron exits the room, he turns and looks at the female teacher (who's a blonde) and says "For what it's worth I think you would make an incredible brunette. (Tilts his head) Ron Swanson."
Now I don't know how to classify it i.e. Cold Read, Neg, Dis-qualifier etc. But I'm definitely adding it to the repertoire. Imagine the ways you can mix this up with women.
Talking to a girl with green eyes and suddenly you say "For what it's worth I think you would look amazing with green eyes."
Talking to a girl without freckles and suddenly you say "For what it's worth I think you'd look adorable with freckles."
I thought it was genius!

Thanks for sharing.
It's a great compliment/tease/confusion line. I guess it is a neg of some sort.
I can imagine the girl smiling and then being confused as you walk away.
She's like "Wait... What did you mean?!"
