if a girl has something weird about her, for example a birth mark or mole or something on her face or hands, how do you make fun of her without being inappropriate?

I usually say "that weird thing on your face is sexy. it adds character"

what else can I say?

You don't. Making fun of something she may have serious insecurities in regards to accomplishes nothing in terms of seduction.

To all forum users: stop worrying about "negging." It's such a narrow-usage tactic that it's almost not worth dealing with.

I'd bet my life savings that you have never actually said this and that this is a pure lie. Unless you're dealing with women who are very much over weight and/or have ridicules low levels of self esteem.

Its funny though, but not true.

Anyway,

I tend not to make fun of things that people cannot change. She's stuck with the mole for life, thats not something that should be played with. Shirts, piercings, hats, shoes, and even ways of behavior.. Not permanent birth marks.

Heard someone say that you can make fun of anything, even cancer. But it better be FUNNY. If its not funny you look like a total ass. So why take the chance? Pick something easier like her taste in music, or her dogs name, something thats silly and not as meaningful as her looks.
