Met a girl before I knew about game, made a lot of mistakes and fell in the friendzone. On the plus side, we have lots of trust and confort.

In the meantime I developed my social skills, lost most of the "nice guy" act, improved my looks and physique and became a lot more confident. Everyone who knows me noticed the difference, except her since we see each other almost everyday.

How do I make her forget the old me and see me as a sexual guy and potential mate and not just her friend?

You should maybe think about putting some distance between the 2 of you every now and then, you need to let her miss you and make it look like you are a busy and in demand guy who has a fulfilling life.

You should also stop focusing so much on her and look around you at the hundreds and hundreds of other available girls, when she sees that you are going after other girls and are successful and in demand it is almost a guarantee that she will take notice. Trust me man its almost like girls can smell it on you, its like they can sense that sh*t and all of a sudden you become irresistible!

You begin getting sexual man.

Your physique means shit, and so does your looks. Its all about the vibe you are producing around her. If you're still producing the "friend zone me because I have no sexual intentions with you" vibe she will continue to give you the friend zone vibe.

You need to make an energetic switch, although I think you are far too deep in to do this now.
