there's a girl I see out from time to time and when we run into each other she is all about me. Following me around, not letting go of my arm or hand, Making out, holding me not looking at any other guys but then when I call or text her she never replies. I'm wondering why. I don't usually. This has been over a 2 year period. I will text once or twice after I see her usually about what ever we were talking about when we were around each other. Then just forget about it. Some times I don't text at all after I see her.

You're not making this story any better. Two years is way too long to like a girl and have nothing to show for it, not even a rejection. If you are going to call or text her, tell her that you want to meet up with her and stop trying to smalltalk her. If she doesn't reply, wait until you see her again and turn it into an instant date. Get her away from everyone else and if you can get her back to your place.

Tried the meet up text and no reply. its been 2 years but we only run into each other maybe 8 or 9 times. And some are months apart. But every time it's the same loving personality. unfortunately she has this blonde with her that's the biggest cock block in the world. So my insta dates have been unsuccessful. Yes I've tried befriending the friend she is a don't give a fuck what you say girl. Not that attractive. And no decent wing here in alabama. The only reason it's on my mind is I saw her recently. Sounds to me like she's just being nice and cordial out in public. Girls are more empathetic, she won't outright tell you she doesn't want to see you or hang out with you because she knows there's a chance it might hurt your feelings. If she was interested she would text YOU first after seeing you. She's probably told her friend she isn't interested which is why she's being such a cock block.

that's just it I don't approach her when I see her. when I walk away from her she will find me and grab my arm or my hand and not let go. She is kinoing me the whole time. Going out of her way.
