Forum rules

A Sticking Point or SP is an issue you CONSISTENTLY run into.

It is NOT a point where you get stuck with ONE SPECIFIC GIRL.

A Sticking Point is:
Quote:
I keep getting LMR whenever I bring girls back to my place. This has happened at least 10 times already! What am I doing wrong?
A Sticking Point is NOT:
Quote:
I got LMR with this one girl! What do I do?
IT IS AGAINST THIS BOARD'S RULES TO POST THREADS ABOUT JUST ONE GIRL
If you have not already gone out and practiced enough to have a real Sticking Point from meeting an ABUNDANCE of women, YOU DO NOT DESERVE TO POST HERE.

Hello Guys,

Recently I started to record my daygame approaches and I noticed that I speak very fast (unattractive, looks like I nervous). When I listen to my conversations I understand why most of the girls after 20-30 seconds are in rush and have to go...
Do you know any exercises, tips how to speak slower in calm nice way

Raf

I used to have the same problem. When I get nervous I talk fast and mumble. Even had speech therapy as a child.

I talked to myself in a full length mirror on a daily basis. Kept strong eye contact with myself and talked uncomfortably slow. Slower than I needed to. And slowly worked up until I was at a pace that was slower than probably the average person, but not much. It allows me to enunciate words better and it seems that girls hang on every word more.

So I'd recommend doing that. Took me a very long time and it's still something I work on from time to time, but someone with less speech issues probably could go about it much faster than me.

More approaches with a focus on speaking slower. It will eventually come together.

Another thing that can help is buy a digital recorder or use an app on your phone. Record your openers, and any other routines you may like to use. Play it back, it can be really eye opening. Make yourself really pay attention to your verbal pacing, inflections, and tonalities. Neil Strauss use to talk about this exercise in one of his books I think Rules of the Game but not sure, it's been a while.
