Well, there are two girls. Let's call them A and B.

Girl A is 8/9 and, by all standards, my kind of girl. She is also an old oneitis who friendzoned me from the start and got a bf a while back.

Girl B is a solid 7 but I am not that much into her and she is certainly not gf material. She is... well, girl B.

Girl A is having relationship trouble. She had some big plans for valentines and her bf flaked, so she turned to me, like she always does. Girl B mentioned she does not have plans for valentines, clearly expecting an invitation.

I just happen to have a gift card for dinner and a night in a VIP suite at some fancy place. If I take girl A, we will have a great dinner, go upstairs, raid the minibar, watch some movies and almost certainly nothing will happen. But, if I use my best game in conjunction with the ambience, the date, and her emotional state, I might just get lucky. If I take girl B, on the other hand, it is almost certain I'll get laid. But she will not be the one on my mind. And I don't want to risk her falling for me and having to tell her it was just a one night stand or fwb arrangement.
Annnnnd there is still the third option, the good 'ol "use girl B and post pics to make girl A jealous".

What would you guys do?

Which girl would you rather be with? Ask yourself what do you want? If you just want to get the easier lay, then go for girl B. If you don't want her falling for you, you have to manage expectations before sex that you are just casually dating and not looking for anything serious right now.

^ nothing will happen? you just listed alot of things that happen to be the qualities of a happy evening. try to not see pussy as the ultimate prize. Being happy and content are long lasting feelings that are greater than an hour of sex.

Go with girl A. Keep girl B on hand though for other time, weekdays.
Or dine and have fun with girl A and call girl B when you're done with girl A, maybe you're lucky enough to have both the same night

Follow up: Went with A, nothing happened, she wanted it but ended up remembering she is still in a relationship and put up a lot of LMR. I took the high ground, not wanting to be "the mistress", and said she has a choice to make.

Still, we had fun, slept together (as in efectively sleeping) and shared breakfest. Nothing happened tonight, but I sure as hell got a lot closer. And still had a great time, which is what counts.

Today coffee with B. She is the "texty-clingy" kind, the type of girl who sends 20 texts after you say "hi" and answers right away. Useful to DHV when you are with someone else.
