She said I was fun to talk to. The I replied to her "So you kinda like me" what I mean of that is she likes me then she respond "I guess your rubbing off on me" she kinda misunderstood what i mean by "You kinda like me" she thinks that I have same personality as her.

What should you say to something like that? Is that what you're asking?
I wouldn't say anything at all. She clearly misunderstood what you meant. Clarifying it after the fact is super awkward due to the nature of the intended comment.
