| We all know the following, that you should avoid dinner dates and that alcohol increases your odds of closing...
The number one reason for a divorce is MONEY...It's a fact of life, for some girls, if you don't pay it can be DLV and in some cases a HUGE one, it's not her fault, it's simply how she's wired and will most like not change..I've tried all different things as tests, "how about you get the first drink and I'll buy the rest?" and "I got this one and you get the next" and if there's a girl who will consider that a DLV, you still making it harder on yourself...I've talked to many PUA who are either cheap or poor who HATE paying for the girl, many who have said when the bill came it effectively killed the date as they didn't want to pay...What I tell them is if they want a GF or wife and believe they should pay, judge if they're gf/wife material later...You use dating to fuck, you want to fuck as quickly as possible, why jeopardize a DLV over the cost of a few drinks? There are tests you do before the date but they don't always bite on them...If you paying for her is a deal breaker to you, you have high odds of getting them to bite by saying after they've accepted the date "how about you buy me a Lobster and filet dinner with a bottle Dom while I wait for my welfare check to clear, how's that sound for our first date?" If she has expectations for you to pay she'll she lash back "me buy you dinner? You're buying my dinner!" but that isn't always the case, sometimes they'll just dismissively say sure despite them being upset...
So on my dates, I came up with with the best method...
Order the drink from a bartender when you first arrive even if you're ultimately going to be sitting at a table and when the bill without being noticed, use your preferential vision and see if she makes a move just so you know where see stands on money unless you don't mind being her sugar daddy...However, unless she outright says she's going to pay for it, say:
"I got this ONE" (or for other types of dates "I got these <movie tickets> this time")
Pay for it and close the tab if using a card...By doing so, you bought the drink but she knows you're not going to be that guy who's just going to pay for everything...When drink #2 time comes, she now has the option to offer to pay you could even task her to pay by saying "mind grabbing another round?" but will suffer the DLV if that's how she's wired...If she doesn't offer to buy drink #2, just say:
"I got this AGAIN"
And ditto for drink #3+; if she didn't offer to buy drink #1 or #2 it's safe bet you're also paying for drink #3...So even if I get her three drinks you've maybe spent $15- $30 but never gave yourself a money-related-DLV on the first date...
From there it's up to you for future dates...If her paying for the date is important to you, you can always recall the dinner test, "since I got all the drinks last time, now it's your turn to take me on that lobster dinner, shall I make the reservation at 8pm or 9pm?"
