Hey Guys,

New here to the forum and gaining more and more confidence and tips as I go along.

I am 21 and am about to go back to school to continue hitting my regular bars and clubs only this time I have different intentions.

First the shirt: I usually wear a button down or polo. What color is best for attracting female eyes?
I have grays, blues purple stripes ect. do I want a solid color shirt and no patterns or am i just over thinking all of this?

also should i allow a minimal amount of chest hair to show or just leave the first button closest to my neck unbuttoned (the normal look) i dont have an overpowering amount but what i think to be a perfect amount to a girl who likes it. I only ask this because girls have come up to me and unbuttoned my shirt on different occasions.

tucked or untucked with black leather belt? I feel better and more natural untucked.

secondly pants. Jeans vs tan or black caches

I am of a athletic build and sometimes like to roll my sleeves up to show the thickness in my arms/forearms should i keep doing this or keep my sleeves down and covering my arms? also my arms are pretty hairy not sure if that's a big turn off to most girls.

next is my biggest question about footwear: I have tims boots which add a lot of height to me (im 5"8) and a lot of guys are taller than me. The boots wouldn't look too out of place as many other guys wear them around the bars and clubs in the area as well. my other two options are my pair of formal sperrys dark leather boat shoes or normal black dress shoes. I'n not sure whether to go for the extra height here or the style.

Those are my questions,

Thanks

Very difficult to advise you on this without pics. Provide some pics (without face if you prefer) and I will give honest feedback.

You're greatly over thinking this mate.

Dress nice and in something that you feel good in. You can't ask guys online "should I wear solid or stripes" because we can't see it and we don't know what looks best on you. If you are really that unsure you should get a girl or too that have good taste and ask their opinion. I have a friend that I go shopping with all the time. She is extremely honest and let's me know if I'm trying to hard or if I'm heading in the wrong direction. But at the same time I know that I need to dress in a way I'm comfortable and aligned with my personality. It also matters where you are going and how dressy the club is. There are bars around here that I would look silly if I wear a sports coat and wing tips but another bar where that's standard.

IMO every guy needs a few female friends that he can treat similar to a male friend. Strictly platonic but honest.

I don't buy clothes that I think will make me feel uncomfortable. I want clothes that I like and enjoy wearing. Its whatever makes you feel comfortable and makes you feel good about yourself. Only you can answer that question.

Polos and shirts are a good approach. I tend to go for dark wash jeans and some dark top as well (that way your prey will never see you stalking them, and you will be less easy to identify in case you need to murder an AMOG). Black panther and all that shit. As in for patterns, I tend to stay away from them, but it's your call to make.

About the shirt: I would keep the button open. It just looks more relaxed and laid back. If you don't like tucking it in, don't (I am exactly the same), but make sure it is not too long and it fits your waist well then. Get it tailored if needed.

Pants: Whatever, man.

Rolling sleeves up/down: Don't worry about your forearm hair being a turn-off. It shows you are a high testosterone alpha male. Personally, I tend to roll them up in the summer, and leave them rolled down in the winter (imppecable logic, right?)

Footwear: I don't know, since I am 6'5 and have never had to worry about such things. My logical answer would be: Do girls tend to be taller than you? If so, boots. If not, you are clear, so go for the style.

Casual trendy 2015: You can check out wearing a longline T shirt(bomber jacket over it as an option) and then some fitedt/skinny jeans

Casual risk taker trendy: You can try the same thing but wear some fitted leather pants.

Good sites that keep up with trends are zara, topman and ASOS

You're over-thinking it, the exact same way I did when I first started. I was constantly looking for the right clothes, including some SUPER flashy and cocky shit. Over the course of about 6 months I kept trying something new and thinking I had "found" my style, only to completely change my wardrobe the next month. I literally had a collection of like 40 "going out" outfits (some of which would have made Mystery proud). However, once my game progressed I realized how stupid this was. I have now whittled my selection to 3 outfits.

A foolproof way to go is what is considered "club casual." These are going to be plain colored tees and long sleeve shirts. You don't even need a collar. Instead of spending $200 on a bunch of different fancy outfits, spend $60 on 2 plain colored shirts from Nordstroms or another respectable retailer. Fit is key, even more so than price. A plain black V-neck will do the job, and if you want to up your game even more I recommend a long sleeve shirt that isn't a button up, but has maybe 3 buttons at the collar that you can leave undone. Image Something like above is simple, cheap at Nordstroms, and I see them worn by every natural I know. Also just have one nice button up thats a good fit, and again I recommend plain color but thats up to your style.

Also, as far as colors, multiple studies have showed that women find men who wear red more attractive. I tend to always wear black, but the red is definitely some food for thought.
