When you and a friend are at a party or whatever, how exactly do dibs work in your opinion? Or do you flat out think there should be no dibs?

This is something i have been wondering for a bit now because i don't want to break friendship's over something stupid like this, so i want to see if anyone has a good routine.

For instance, right when you see a girl, is it fair to say their yours to take a shot at, or is it who's
game is better that night, or what?

I'm new around these parts, but since this is mostly a matter of opinion, I'll give you my two cents.

Dibs gets first approach, but it has a limited time validity and if the person calling dibs gets rejected, you've got yourself a green light. If you call dibs and don't act on it in an hour or so at most, chances are the anxiety got the best of you and you probably won't even approach. Even if you do approach, taking too long is unfair to the other party. So if he's calling dibs and sitting around doing jack shit to act on it, tell him you're going in for the kill because you can't be waiting around for some dude to overcome his "pussyness".

if you can find a good wing and work out some type of conducive relationship you are way ahead of the games. 90% of potential wings do more harm then good.

You can't "own" another person.

If she likes both of you and you both like her... why can't both of you fuck her?

It's however you and your wing deal with it. We can give you an answer but if I tell you it's cool to hit on a girl after she's dismissed your wing, it doesn't mean your wing won't get mad.

Other than that, it's a waste of time to even consider things like this.
