You've got a reading list in the newbie sticky in the "general questions" thread.

Those are the ones I've read, and my opinion on them:
1. The Game by Neil Strauss - Must read. And be it for the fun of it. Doesn't provide a whole lot of practical insights, but still. If nothing else, it will get you motivated.
2. Venusian Arts Handbook by Mystery - I actually read the Mystery Method. Take it with a grain of salt (for example, don't go out there throwing around canned lines or negging girls) and you will learn some great things. I love how he conceptualized how the stages of attraction work. Provides a great mind-map to understand how social interaction works, if you ask me.
3. Body Language by Allan Pease - Explanations of better body language and proper posture. I loved this one. Science, bitch!
4. Awaken the Giant Within by Anthony Robbins - Didn't really do a whole lot for me. Guess if you are really bad at motivating yourself, this is quite handy.
8. My Secret Garden by Nancy Friday - for a look into the female mind on fantasies - Honorary mention. I haven't read that one, but it's on my shelf and I've only heard great things about it
10. The Way of the Superior Man by David Deida - I found it to be quite esoteric, but it provides some good guidelines about how to act, both around women and in day to day life.
