Just start saying "Hi" to five women a day.
Make a point to say hi to five women. You don't have to approach them, you don't have to talk to them. Say hi to 5 women a day for a month.
And then come back and ask for step two.
This is definitely a great thing to do. Similar to the Newbie Mission.

Any suggestions for a good method? My personality I would say is introverted.
If you are an introvert then you will definitely want to check out my
Seductive Introvert program.
What many methods in pickup (especially the more popular ones) will do is force you to become more extroverted, making you think that being introverted is a bad thing. That's bullshit, though. Introversion offers its own unique advantages and you should harness your strengths instead of diminishing them.
After learning and practicing pickup for 10 years, I feel like I wasted a lot of years focusing on methods that told me to become extroverted. I noticed that I was taking a lot longer to get good at this stuff than naturally extroverted dudes and I thought I just sucked. Even though I got good eventually and started teaching pickup, I felt like a fraud sometimes. Why were these other guys able to go clubbing more than 3 times a week? Why do I seem to need to recharge for several days after just one night of clubbing? Why do I get tired after talking to a bunch of people? Is pickup all about socializing like this? Why is it so difficult for me to do this "entourage game" shit?
It wasn't until I got good enough to make my own shortcuts did I realize that I developed my own style that was suited for my introverted personality. If introverts go with my style, they can shave years off of their learning curve.
