For those not aware, Tom Terrero was recently caught paying an actress to fake a daytime kiss on the street for daygame.com's Date Against the Machine program.

Tom and everyone on the staff swore, that it was all %100 Tom, and it was the only time he ever did it.
Problem? The cameraman knew, and apparently, so did Andy Yosha. Someone leaked a video, of Tom talking to her(in front of the cameraman), about daygame.com being interested in hiring some of her friends for other videos.

My favorite bit of this? Yad(the only decent instructor with DG.com) just admitted to students at a bootcamp that the spam approach method they suggest isn't even what he uses. He walks, stands or sits around, and makes eye contact with every approaching woman, and only after he gets positive approach signals, chases after her gets in front of her, extends his arm and does the whole "Excuse me. I'm really sorry, but can I just tell you something really quickly [..] I just saw you over there and thought you looked really nice" routine.

Which is the exact opposite of what they preach(which is, approach whatever girl you think is most attractive, and pay no mind to a lack of signals from her).

So, what do you think daygame.com's chance of salvaging its relevance is? I'd say it's low. Very low. At this point, it's well documented that much of their best stuff is fake, the person running it(Andy) was the one organizing the fake videos and their best instructor(Yad) doesn't even select which women to approach the way they suggest in their own programs.

Damn...that's fucked up. I kinda thought he was fake when i met a guy who met Tom in Ny for bootcamp and he said Tom did 20 approaches on gorgeous women and got 20 solid numbers.

Didn't surprise me when I found out. Most infield video from most companies are fake in one way or another.

I think they will be fine. When Tom was ousted for hiring actors I went over to their forum and was shocked to see that nearly all of the posters were defending him. "Brainwashed cult members" came to mind.

Shame, being THAT ugly was probably good for business.

Yeah I definitely get that 'cult' feel from their replies, but its kinda inspiring to see them stand up for the results they've gotten despite this bump in instructor credibility.

Shows just how much its in the individual to succeed, not some magic techniques.

I agree. PU is a very easy business. Most guys are socially awkward and HOPING something works. So they're ready for brainwashing. You teach a good looking guy a system that doesn't work, he goes out, gets a chubby girlfriend and praises your system. You teach an ugly guy a system that doesn't work, he goes out, gets rejected. He comes back for more answers, you tell him to fix his style. He still gets rejected, you tell him to work on his vocal tonality and body language. It still doesnt work for him? You tell him he has confidence/inner game issues which he needs to work through....the system works, just look at the infield for proof. Take another bootcamp = more money for you. It's easy to hide bad advice/systems just because guys will tie themselves to your company, ie brainwashed.

Fake results get put out their to back up fake infield. Guy A takes bootcamp or reads books, sees instructor get results. Guy A goes out after spending $3000, doesnt get much results for it, but hypes up his results because he believes he could get the results or is just ashamed. So he passes on the hype to Guy B, who does the same the guy C and D.

I'm against fake infield, even if it does motivate guys to go out. Even if you need to do 1000 approaches for a kclose set, at least do it, when people are paying you money. At least have something that works 1 out of 1000 times if you're selling it. And if you can't get a real result on camera, figure out how to get girls, and THEN sell it. I wish guys like this would be put out of business because they're fraudsters, plain and simple. No better than the fake pastors who get caught scamming people with their "miracles."

To be quite honest, I already assumed the majority of stuff is fabricated and a means to sell people more bullshit. Anytime your resources are involved (people trying to sell you shit, marriage, fraud, etc) the bells and whistles in your mind should be going off.

I think the people on the forum are not the best representation of their typical customer. These are mostly their biggest fans. I would expect that most of them would defend Tom.
I think it hurts much more with everyone outside of the inner group.

For instance, people come here and ask for product advice. Would I ever consider pointing them in daygame.com's direction after this? No. And I doubt many other people aware of this, would. I wouldn't use a daygame.com video as an example of anything.

And it can hurt their ability to get future customers. All of their youtube videos are going to have comments about the verified fake videos on them. This will deter people from buying things from them, or sharing the videos they see.

People inside of the cult slowly leave. Either through disappointment, or eventual success. They rely on most of their long term customers being single. When one gets a girlfriend, he stops paying for bootcamps. He may also just give up. They need to replace people, and I think this makes it a lot harder.

All very good points. It will be an interesting few months ahead for that company.

very nicely put. I honestly have to wonder, what type of people are buying these products? In terms of PU, I bought the Game which is a NY Times Best Seller. I could have borrowed it from the library but, to avoid the awkwardness, I ordered it online with a over the counter visa card from a convenience store. I torrent the blue print. I did the same with double your dating. You find pretty much most of this shit ripped. I have never paid for a boot camp nor will I ever unless I am nearing forty and sucking at life. America is dumb with money and being single, in teens or early twenties, we have more disposable income then most adults who are wealthy. They have less disposable income despite much higher income brackets. Essentially, the men who are nearing sexodus are spending their last ditch effort on PU crap that does not work and are being exploited for their ignorance. I suspect most of this shit is grossly exaggerated, fabricated, and pointless. It has served a purpose since, it got me dating, having casual sex, even single night lays, and relationships. I think there is some good material but, I also think you cannot fabricate your way into finding love. I suspect, most men are here to find that, and in substitute form will settle for casual sex.

I never heard of them until you mentioned them. I mostly watch Tyler. I watch some SP and Vitally. Some Sasha or Wayne (although, I am sceptical of him cause someone said he paid an actress and fled to Jamaica to avoid a shit storm). J.B. until the recent shit storm. I think common sense and using logic is ideally the best idea. PU taught me I should approach. I feel like man has been brain washed to be Ross from Friend, the wimpy beta male cause, being a nice guy is what we were taught, and you live happily ever after. I tried that in my teens and failed miserably. I don't think I could make it back there even if I tried. The one thing I can say is that, I have never cared for tactics, routines or anything but, genuinely being who I am. I don't care if she does not like me or we do not have sex. Someone will like me. I am just happy for the experience. And I am happy I never gave these guys my money. I never will.

Cult is good. Cult members can get sex from female cult members, I dont. Cults make money, I don't. Tom Torrero and Andy are businessmen and as such interested in power and control. They can hire female employees.
So I'llkeep liking Daygame.

That is not true, I have seen Yad approach maybe 100 times when the girl hasn't even seen him. She is way ahead and he just likes her body or she is on the other side of the street. Any person who has seen him do a few approaches would agree. Getting IOIs in the daytime is actually too rare to use it as a strategy for doing as many approaches as he does.
