Okay, so I have recently been working out and feel like I'm going through a body transformation. Tough thing about it is, I am not used to the looks I get. I still don't feel I am where I would like to be, so I get too shy to move beyond an opener even though I feel I am getting an IOI (smile and eye-contact). These openers are also not approaches, but like standing by the bar, a cashier or things like that. I know this is an inner game issue, but given the information I have given you here, what do you think my next step should be?

I will continue to workout, so that's not the answer I'm looking for.

P.S.: I am also getting double-date offers and hook-ups from friends and family but I am reluctant because I don't feel ready.

When the body changes the mind is a few leaps behind. This has been scientifically proven (ill give you source if you ask), in essence it's the same mechanism at play in anorexia or boulimia. The mind often project it's own image of reality. In conclusion making you think you're still a tub of lard while in reality you look 'normal' . a.k.a. something people relate to. Especially if this change went fast. fast changes being: swapping glasses for contacts, better clothing, new haircut, efficient diet & work-out).

What's the whole point?

ATTENTIOOOOOOOOOON. WOOHOO.

You work out because people find it hard to relate to a tub of lard or a lazy son of a bitch.

Because people are social. the girl at the other end of the bar will wink, either for her own or your good. But who cares? Attention!

Enjoy the little things in life.

one love

Sounds very reasonable. Now, considering I am still a bit shy and usually drop a simple opener such as hi or an observational statement, what should I work on next to get to a number close? I want to become more seductive. One thing I am working on is eye contact.

Overall though, I feel my midgame is weak, so I'm not forming a connection and simply asking for the number ("blah blah... let me get your number."). Sure, they may legitimately have a bf but sometimes I think they r too shy and just bail. Any advice would be helpful.
