hey guys, new to the forum.

I'm 28 years young. Recently graduated from college a year ago. Anyways, I'm living at home, working a dead end job, and have no lady in my life. These past few weeks have been an eye-opener for me. Every night, i'm drinking and going into rapid depression.

I recently decided to try Style's 30-day challenge. It's been over a year and a half since my last fling and the last woman I was with was an 8/10. I'm not the best looking guy, and certainly not the worst. I'm in shape, etc etc. Don't need to go in to details. I've made approaches, mostly ladies at work, and I seem to get friend zoned. Most of the time, I barely make it to the friend zone. I cannot get over the fact that I am living at home and it kills me every time I try to talk to women. I cannot get a number for the life of me. I make other mistakes that are being worked on with Style's 30 day challenge but i'm still anxious about whether it will work or not. Something's gotta give.

I need to change my life. By change, I want to move out, have a good job, and want a good looking woman. I've taken initiatives for all of the above and I don't want anyone to think i'm lazy. Nothing is working anymore and i'm wasting all my good years trying and failing. I made Jan 1, 2015 the date to change. My time frame is before mid-February. I've realized the only thing to stem the depression is moving out and being with a woman (I have one in mind and she seems cool but i'm not even in the friend zone yet).

I need your help, to all and everyone, help me change my life.

Hey Venture. It's great that you've reached that point of "enough is enough". We've all been there. I think it's the commonality that binds us all on the forum despite our differences in philosophy. I suggest you handle your financial situation. It bleeds over into all other aspects of your life.

I don't go to an office to work. That shit killed my motivation. I once had this amazing job that I obtained through a pseudoscience that doesn't need to be discussed here, but after working there a year I felt my life force being sucked out even though it was exactly what I wanted.

the most important part is to do it now. make change now while it is still a "must" for you

you dont need to wait till jan 1st to start something new, you can start making the smaller changes now to help build momentum

if you really want to change i suggest you pick up more self help books and watch more self help videos like TED talks or things on Anthony Robbins (i'm a huge fan of him) and you will absorb like a sponge

who you hang out with is who you become so make sure you start hanging around more ambitious people!
