I work out daily at the local gym. Last weekend a random girl entered in the wrong bathroom and I was there washing my hands.

After a couple of days, I saw her again and opened with the bathroom incident. She laughed and we talked in between excercises.

I would do a lot of eye contact, most kino I had from this girl was massaging her arm when I was telling her how I warm up for guitar practice. She let me do it and had a strong eye contact while this was happening.

That same day I asker her out "Hey I took this dog from the streets and Im trying to make him more sociable with people, wanna join us later?" She said "hmm what time?" I replied "at 4".

Her answer was "Im gonna do some xmas shopping so Im not sure If I will be around that time, give me your number and Ill talk to you by SPAM" I didnt remember my number and didnt have my phone (I rarely take it to the gym). So I said "give me your number, Ill call you at 3" I grabbed a paper and a pen from the gyms desk and used her as a desk to write her number.

Called her at 3:20 and she was clearly outdoors (i could tell by the noise). She said "Im still shopping, Ill see you tomorrow". I was cool with that.

Today I arrived late to the gym, and she was alredy finishing her routine. After a while I got close and said hello, give her a kiss on the cheek and we talked just a bit. Then she said good bye and left.

Thing is, I read the gyms list and found her last name (I already knew her name she told me). Just done a quick search on FB and well, she has a boyfriend.

I thought I was showing my interest. Not sure If I did the right thing. But I guess I wasnt do it right because If she perceived my interest she wouldve told me "hey I have a bf" But she hasnt. Do you think my kino was good? considering that in the gym youre surrounded by people? Any tips for future things like these?

With or without regard to the fact that this girl has a b/f, a girl should know your ultimate intentions without any shadow of a doubt in the first 10 seconds. This has nothing to do with what you say, but rather in the way you are behaving - your body language, eye contact, tonality and overall demeanor.
